The last package has no sender and no destination. Its label contains only a sequence of times and the instruction: deliver when the rain stops.
Fang Li, Kate, Cloak, and the voices each interpret the label differently. The package passes through the tavern, the lunar institute, and the Dead Elephant. At every stop, someone insists that the message belongs to someone else.

When the rain stops, go home for dinner.
The sentence is ordinary. Its distribution is not. It is addressed to the person who has been placed in the wrong position for the longest time.
The package opens. Inside is no object, only a blank page. The blank page reflects the reader’s face, and the story ends where the next reader begins.
