For concrete needs, I can:
- Quickly use open-source, license-compliant frameworks to automate business workflows.
- Web, mobile, native, and server work; no LLM or container work.
- Build tools that improve R&D efficiency, such as Mockers for integration testing or improvements to the test-environment experience.
- Most companies or teams pretending to be agile do not count this as a major KPI/OKR because it is hard to quantify. I will keep pushing back against rigid thinking and people willing to become rigid.
- Build a supporting platform when necessary.
- Beware of endless additions; be careful of exhausting madness imposed by others; deconstruct it when necessary.
